Profile, purpose, strategic orientation

ESI (Employment Services International) in Macedonia has been present on the market since May 2007. In ESI all employees have higher education and are professionals in their field of work. The agency is equipped with modern technical equipment that helps to perform timely and quality work tasks.

ESI operates as an agency, and it operates with three companies: "ESI Temporary Employment" with the main activity of temporary employment, "ESI Personnel Services" with the main activity of employment mediation in the country and abroad and "ESI SOLUTION" with the main activity, advertising and presentation of all personnel services.

"ESI Temporary Employment" operates under a "License A" issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, with a bank guarantee of 50,000 euros under the law on temporary employment agencies.

"ESI Personnel Services" operates with a license for employment mediation in the country and abroad issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.

The company for intellectual services ESI SOLUTION, is a newly established company and will deal with media solutions, i.e. advertising and presentation of all necessary personnel services. In order to be complete in the offered solutions, this company will be in continuous cooperation with ESI Temporary Employment and ESI Personnel Services, through which the companies will get maximum results with a minimum investment in human resource management.

The Agency guarantees that it is a competent and reliable partner in every phase of the provision of services for temporary employment, employment mediation as well as in the rest of the range of personnel services. ESI is a member of the Federation of Temporary Employment Agencies of Macedonia.

Primary employment is temporary employment and employment mediation in the country and abroad, and the activity of ESI is among the fastest growing business branches in Europe. It is our duty to find competent personnel that other companies need confidentially and without complications.
