With this service we provide you with the opportunity to engage employees only in the period when your company has the need: increased work, seasonal work, probe period of employment, etc. temporary employed persons sign a contract with ESI as employment agency, and are further provided to your company for use.

You as a company user are defining the job descriptions, the working hours and the payment amount for these positions, while you can leave the complete administration of the employers to us. What are the benefits of using this service?

• All the companies must issue a job ad 5 days prior to employing a worker, since we are registered as an agency for temporary workers we have a license to register them one day after receiving a request from the client.
• Saving time for registration and deregistration of employment in the Employment Agency of RM and in the Health Insurance Fund
• Saving time for preparing contracts with the workers, calculation and payment of salaries and other compensations
• Saving time for preparation of sick leave, annual holiday leave and other administrative work

*For this service, the agency charges a percentage to the gross salaries of the hired workers. VAT is charged only to the agency provision.

PERMANENT PLACEMENT

The Permanent Placement service is offered for companies who at the time do not have sufficient time or resources to independently undertake the process of recruitment and selection of candidates for a future permanent placement. The screening process and selection of candidates, takes place in several stages. In accordance with you requirements as clients, we can conduct the full procedure or only part of the activities listed in the procedure. The advantage of using this type of service is the saving of time and costs, while receiving highly qualified candidates and facilitation of the complete process of selection of candidates.

The screening process and selection of candidates takes place in the following steps:

• We meet with you for exploring your needs and specifying the details
• You complete the form “Profile Request” and sign the contract
• We undertake the advertizing and recruitment process
• We realize a pre-selection of the candidates through CV screening and short interviews. If needed we also conduct psychological testing
• As this process is completed, we send you reports for the candidates we recommend for the position
• The final decision is made by you after the second row of interviews realized with your presence in the interview panel
