Position: SALES REPRESENTATIVE – REAL ESTATE SECTOR

As part of one of the most dynamic investment groups in the region, Balfin Real Estate delivers high-impact sales and marketing services in the real estate sector. We are now seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join their growing team.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local sales strategies and annual sales budgets
• Manage the full client lifecycle: pre-sale, sale, and after-sale engagement
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels
• Coordinate with marketing agencies and suppliers for campaigns and materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support positioning
• Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold the professional image of the office
• Oversee contract finalization and ensure compliance with administrative procedures

 Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate
• University degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to read AutoCAD files is an advantage
• Valid driving license and readiness to travel locally
• Fluency in English and Macedonian; knowledge of Albanian is a strong asset
