Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer will ensure regulatory compliance, manage compliance programs, conduct audits, and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks. Additionally, the Compliance Officer will be:
- Under the supervision of Operational Compliance and the COO team, perform KYC (know your client) procedures in accordance with the client's internal policies.
- Performing other administrative tasks related to compliance, treasury, or accounting as requested by the principal.
- Onboarding of a foreign client, including identification, verification, and risk assessment
- Collection of information for third parties (customers)
- Regular risk monitoring and updating
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Support of other operational duties
Qualifications
- Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
- Analytical Skills and Communication Abilities
- Finance knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret and apply legal requirements
- Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
- Past work experience is not mandatory
- Еxcellent knowledge of English
- Excellent management of the MS Office package
