OFFICE ASSISTANT
ABOUT THE ROLE
An established international company is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and regulatory coordination activities. This role involves administrative support, document handling, communication with internal and external partners, and ensuring smooth office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative and Office Support (scheduling, documentation, invoicing, office assistance)
- Regulatory and Compliance Support (assist with submissions, filing, procedures, document checks)
- Quality Support (basic support to quality personnel, complaints coordination, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organization, planning, and time‑management skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
